The owner of a local nightclub (Arthur) dies in a tragic skydiving accident and leaves his estate, including his nightclub, to his sons Andrew and Mark. In a videotaped will, Arthur informs the two that to inherit the club, they will have to change their ways and while doing so, compete for the estate. The lackadaisical and womanizing son (Mark) is given three simple tasks: get a job, move out of the house and get engaged to an upstanding woman. His goodie-two-shoes brother (Andrew) is given just the opposite of requests and will find himself attempting to live life in the fast lane when he's never even made it onto the on ramp before.
