All earth inhabitants will be enlisted to do the Vortaak's bidding. All Earth Citizens are instructed to proceed to the nearest outpost for processing. Resistance is futile. To encourage cooperation the Vortaak have seized control of Monster Island and have unleashed all monsters under mind control rays.
