He gets a letter from his prospective bride and the niece and hubby, in order to keep her out, put out a sign painted "Smallpox Quarantine." Lizzie, in attempting to avoid a cop, enters the house, and Uncle takes her to be his affianced. Naturally, she is willing enough to marry the rich old guy. They try to get a minister, but the quarantine sign keeps him out. They try to get out themselves and they have no end of trouble, especially when the young couple' s little boy mixes in the romance. Finally they telephone for an ambulance; they are taken out; they grab the minister who is waiting outside the house and shove him in the ambulance with them, where he marries them. Written by
