A forbidden love and the unlimited ambition of a woman triggers a family tragedy. Wheels of Life tells the story of the Almeida Alencar family which is severely punished by fate. The love between cousins Caio and Tamires results into the death of the family's patriarch. This tragedy will shatter the strong bonds that unite these blood relatives. Sofia watched her parents die and grew vowing revenge on all of those who she believes to be guilty: the Almeida Alencars. She is a beautiful and unscrupulous woman who transforms all the members of this family into mere chess pieces, and hence revenging a past injustice. Camila, the biggest victim of this plot, loses her husband, has her daughter missing and sees her son turn against her. She will gather forces to stop her enemy's vengeance and drive her family back to the trail of love and forgiveness.
