While in this unknowing state she aids him to rob her husband's safe. Mona and Mary learn of her plight and determine to aid her. Mona attends one of Rulu's séances, and seems deeply impressed. Later she tells Rulu that she is a ward of Mr. Wallace, and that she fears she is being defrauded of her inheritance. With the aid of Carson and Grant, the admirers of Mona and Mary, who have helped them in the past, a trap is laid for Rulu into which he walks eagerly. By skillfully arranging events the girls succeed in securing the return of the stolen money and the exposure of Rulu. The closing scene finds, two happy couples looking forward to a more serene future than has been the lot of Mona and Mary in their crusade against social vultures.
