Pablo is a worker friend of the anarchist Ramon; Tom is a member of the International Brigades; and Juan, still a teenager, is the brother of a militant. Sentenced to death, they spend their last night together in the prison. A Belgian doctor joins them to comfort them. The three are given an offer: one can be saved in exchange for a denunciation of their cause and information on the Republicans. See less
