In later years, when it will serve the interests and spite of certain men to have him out of the way, he is arraigned before a crooked district attorney on a petty charge, and his "past record" is dug up. He is sent away. Later when he comes out he makes an attempt to save his sister's honor from his old-time enemy, is again arrested and sent away for a long term.
