The four part TV drama follows his time working with Dr Read on Korralona working on his passion to beat cholera. While there he falls in love with the daughter of the islands princess as she grows into womanhood. And through the occupation by Japanese during WW2 the trials and tribulations of the couple are portraid. It was a masterpiece in 1992 and can now only be found on YouTube.
