A tabloid journalist, aware of Stryker's previous investigations of similar crimes in New Orleans, approaches Stryker about looking into attacks on four young rich girls in Palm Beach. The local Police Chief also attempts to recruit Stryker to help in the investigation. When the crimes escalate and hit closer to home Stryker has no choice but to pursue the investigation.
