Together with his pregnant wife Amelia (Monica Guerritore), he lives with his brother-in-law Agenore (Toni Ucci) in a messy life situation. Spartacus, who is a handsome, rather young man, is also having an affair with Ottavia (Ida Di Benedetto), who is Agenor's wife. Spartaco really likes women a lot, but he, when looking for work, very often finds men who happen to only want 'particular services' from him. Eventually he ventilates these unfortunate situations with his family members. Increasingly full of debts and needs, they persuade Spartaco to disguise himself as a woman, dress him up as if one; with seductive clothes and wigs, and they send him as a transvestite prostitute to make a living and to support his family.
