Friend wife goes heavily veiled, and thus leads her spouse into making boastful statements of his indiscretions. They're all at a night club and finally the showdown comes when friend wife removes her mask. Billy finds his neck in the hands of the irate husband. Here, a mirthful gag gets across, when management, which has offered a prize for the best Apache dance, thinks the tussle between Billy and his male partner a staged performance. A riotous climax is achieved with crescendo effect when Billy, flung through a bass drum, and the uniqueness of their efforts win the silver cup. Written by The Film Daily, October 31, 1926 See less
