A murder is committed during the holdup, and Rogers, a young boy, is held for the crime and sentenced to death. Marie falls in love with Banning, the district attorney who prosecuted the case, and with her help, a last-minute confession is obtained from Mordaunt and Rogers is saved from electrocution.
