The circus moves on, but Norma, who has become quite attached to the young doctor, keeps coming back, trampling everything in her way. Minette Bunker, the girl Tibbits loves, is kidnapped by one of her frustrated suitors, and Tibbits goes to the rescue, aided by Norma and 2,000 Boy Scouts.
