When Brother Lyford asked him to "Git on his Overhauls" and help him milk the cows, the Squab refused. Next morning Paw lured him out to the barn and Lit on him. He choked his offspring's Adam's Apple until he was Google-Eyed, then told him to Mosey right off'n that there farm. The Squab went to the city and worked in a five and ten cent store, and after a few years he took a slant at his Unlettered brother.
