Father is looking forward to a gay time and starts right in flirting with girls in the lobby of the hotel. He is whisked away by Polly but returns to find his son and Mae, the bathing instructor, together. From now on complications pile up with great rapidity. Hayes attempts to keep his son away from Mae; Polly tries to keep her husband away from Mae; and Belmont does his best to escape being snared by Blanche Payson, the girl of his parents' choice.
