Kyna Treacy is a classically trained actress, having studied and worked in her home city of Sydney, before spending several years in New York and then Los Angeles where she currently resides.

Kyna Shines in playing strong female roles, whilst bringing an earnest vulnerability to her characters when the material calls for it. She is an avid reader who builds her characters from the inside out and is constantly honing her craft.

As an ex-professional athlete, Kyna is capable of a variety of physically challenging roles. She is adept in a number of accents including Standard American, Southern American, English, French, German, Australian and South African.

Having had a strong family upbringing, Kyna leans towards uplifting stories which entertain and inspire. She's looking for great material be it studio production or tiny indie, It's all about the people you are working with. Kyna's a great collaborator who strives to help her director bring great characters to life.

When Kyna is acting or modelling, she enjoys travel, theatre, fitness and binge watching Netflix and Hulu. She is well travelled given her successful modelling career, having worked in Australia, USA, UK, Asia, Hawaii and several European cities.
