- * Maria-Christina Oliveras is a television, film and stage actor, singer and voice-over artist. The majority of her work has been in world premieres. She is currently back on Broadway in MACHINAL at the Roundabout, starring Rebecca Hall. She previously made her Broadway debut in the critically-acclaimed production, BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON, and was recently seen in the award-winning, critically acclaimed hit, HERE LIES LOVE, a new musical by David Byrne and Fat Boy Slim, directed by Alex Timbers. Off-Broadway credits include the world premiere of Weissberg winner, Tony Glazer's READING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, directed by Tony-Award winner, Wendy Goldberg; the world premiere of "The Really Big Once" with the Obie-Award winning Target Margin Theatre, directed by David Herskovits; and Susan Yankowitz's "Night Sky" directed by Daniella Topol, among others. She has also performed at some of the top regional theaters in the country including the Huntington, Baltimore CenterStage, Denver Center and Westport Country Playhouse.
She received her B.A. with honors from Yale University and her M.F.A. in Acting from the National Theatre Conservatory/Denver Center, and is a guest professor of Acting at Yale University. She currently resides in NYC.
