I work with nationwide, local and international documentary filmmakers, historical societies, cable tv productions, museums and commercial agencies.
Currently showing on SHOWTIME is Laura Poitras/Praxis Films' RISK on which I served as archival researcher/network news researcher. I served as Lead Researcher for the documentary feature NAILA AND THE UPRISING by Julia Bacha and Just Vision which premiered in DOCNYC in November 2017. Currently available on ITunes, DVD/BluRay, Netflix, Amazon and cable television On Demand or Free on Demand are documentaries to which I contributed research: Matt Wolf's It's Me Hilary: The Man Who Drew Eloise; Brendan Toller's DANNY SAYS; Laura Poitras' CitizenFour; Doug Tirola/4th Row Films' DRUNK STONED BRILLIANT DEAD and more. On October 21, 2016 the documentary BEFORE THE FLOOD by Fisher Stevens and Leonardo DiCaprio to which I contributed research opens nationwide in theaters and on National Geographic Channel. In October 2014 two documentaries to which I contributed research premiered in The New York Film Festival. Albert Maysles' IRIS and Laura Poitras' CITIZENFOUR. CITIZEN FOUR was released at The IFC Center on October 24, 2014 and won the Academy Award for Best Documentary in 2015.
I served as lead researcher on Matt Wolf's four part series for The National Geographic Channel, I AM REBEL, which aired in June 2016. I contributed research Margaret Brown's FIELD OF VISION named THE BLACK BELT, a short documentary, released online in May 2016.
Below is an article/interview with filmmaker Matt Wolf, creator of the documentary TEENAGE, released on March 14, 2014, Landmark Sunshine Theater. The documentary had a worldwide release. The documentary was released on DVD in September 2014 and the film is also available on Home DVD, ITunes, Netflix and Amazon. I served as Lead Researcher for this documentary.
In April 2015 TEENAGE was nominated for a FOCAL award for Best Use of Archival Footage in a Cinema Release.
I served on the research team of Charles Ferguson's INSIDE JOB. On February 27, 2011 INSIDE JOB won an Academy Award for Best Documentary.
