Tim "Sonny King" Word has spent more than twenty years living inside the soundtrack of his own destiny. Today, Sonny's music has shaped some of the most recognizable moments on television - from Keeping Up with the Kardashians to the NBA, from Hulu, Netflix original series Perfect Match, HBO Max to Lizzo's Amazon series Watch out for the Big Grrrls. His sound travels far beyond American stages; he has recorded, co-produced, and performed internationally with the iconic Italian funk band Dirotta Su Cuba and appearing on the finale of Italy's hit TV show All Together Now in Rome.
