They fought a cunning battle as pet and owner. During the one year they spent together, they got to know each other well and built an intimate relationship. In Beijing 2012, the so called 'Beijing drifters', who are young and dream of success in the big city, find it extremely hard to take control of their own destiny. So do the homeless animals.
