If Yuko fails, her parents will die back in Japan. Along the way, Yuko meets Michael, a young black man trying to get his life back on track. Yuko and Michael fall for each other but what Yuko really needs is for Michael to do this killing for her. Michael refuses. When Yuko steals his car, all hell breaks loose in Los Angeles.
