Dolvett brings his team to work out with the Beat Cancer Bootcamp. This experience motivates the team, but has the greatest emotional impact on David, whose first wife died from cancer. Jillian takes her team's workout into the pool, where she helps Craig overcome his fear of water, that fear the result of not knowing how to swim. Bob knows that the target is squarely on the blue team's back, as the only team that still has its full complement of members and that still has its trainer save. The week's reward challenge goes into the kitchen, where Sam Kass, White House Senior Policy of Nutrition, and last year's child ambassadors judge a food competition, the winning team, who has prepared the combination healthiest and tastiest dish, will win a year's supply of produce. This challenge hits home especially for Jennifer, whose lifestyle has led both to her and her daughter being overweight.
