Leading the attack against the out-gunned and out-manned ships was the Yamato, the largest battleship ever built. This battle is viewed by many as "The last great Naval Battle of all time" and to this day is still the point of debate and varied opinions. These are the true stories told by the men who fought and survived this David vs. Goliath battle. This film will take you through the final moments of the battle before receiving orders to "abandon ship." The survivors in the hostile waters of the Pacific waters for up to 4 days until the last survivor war rescued. This is a true story taken from the private journals of these brave sailors, most just young boys. This is a story about faith, bravery, and endurance, which honors all the brave "men" who did not return home that fateful day and those who became "hero's" and to this day have lived with the nightmares and memories of this historic battle.
