Brad insists they are just old friends and informs Jack that he is far more interested in Diane these days as she is their key for their plan to overtake Newman Enterprises. Cole is at Victoria's bedside. He comforts her as she fears she will lose the baby. Olivia and Dr. Cromwell are not happy with the latest test results. Suddenly Victoria is in great pain and Olivia rushes her to the OR. Cole informs Nikki, Victor and Neil that her appendix has ruptured. Christine tells Nina about her trip to Norfolk. When Paul arrives, he gently kisses his wife and mentions that he hopes she will stop going on business trips there. Diane asks for Jack advice. He encourages her to follow Michael's strategy to get a seat on the board of directors, but Diane cannot help but wonder if Jack's motives are truly altruistic. Nick wonders if he can trust Grace to keep quiet. After he leaves for Genoa City, an angry, tearful Grace says Nick cannot run her life and tell her what to do. She is not through with him just yet... Tony tells Sharon about his conversation with Grace who said that she cannot wait to get married to him. Tony asks Sharon if she's absolutely sure she heard Nick and Grace correctly. Cassie storms in saying she hopes the wedding is soon because Tony and Grace belong together.
