Amira feels better when she meet a doctor, Farid. But, it making Dahlia angry, the one who is on a relationship with Farid. When Amira found a photo of Farid and Erin, she went to meet with Dahlia. Dahlia admitted to have a secret relationship with Farid, meanwhile Farid is Erin fiance. All this while, Amira is staying in the same room with Erin. Dahlia become angry and try to kill Amira. Dahlia has killed Erin by pushing her from the balcony and accuse that Erin has committed suicide. Amira try to save herself. When she open her eyes, she realized that she is in a stretcher. Meanwhile, Dahlia is injecting her brain with a tranquilizer. But, the truth is Erin and Amira is the same person. Erin is a writer and a fiance to Farid. She is obsess with writing.
