As Charlie releases her she explains how she saw Aidan with the mysterious woman,who,Aidan tells the police,is his step-sister,Mary Trelease. In interview Mary confirms this and believes Aidan said she was dead to put his past behind him. However Simon finds out that Aidan's drunken,abusive step-mother was also named Mary Trelease,who supposedly fell downstairs and accidentally died.
