On May 30, 2010, Serbia held elections in North Mitrovica - a move many saw as a breach of Kosovo's sovereignty since Kosovo declared independence in 2008. The film is a visceral account of that election day, that puts the viewer on the bridge at the height of the day's conflict, and with those who must deal with its aftermath.
