Desperate to win back Ginny, Barrett agrees to sell his shares to Justin, but limits him to drilling on five acres of land only. Dennis talks with Pete about Paige's life in California . Ashley laments to Iris that she thinks Justin is stalling the wedding because he still wants to be with Reena, but Iris suggests that she stop overreacting. Justin gloats to Kate that Barrett gave in and sold. A bitter Kate confronts Barrett, berating him for losing his family and now losing her, the only person he had left.
