In front of Luc, Frank asks Franky if he wants to have diner with the family. Luc and Frank dare each other, but it stays with words. Luc learns from Franky that Ter Smissen will be sold. He's very surprised. Leo goes to Marianne and tells her he admires her, because she can keep business and emotions apart from each other. However for her business is emotions and she has no heart for Ter Smissen anymore. She already has two potential buyers. Jenny thanks Leo for trying, but she already knew it was a lost cause. Peggy wants to talk to Julia and Simonne immediately. They are scared they did something wrong and might get fired. But instead Peggy is just having them on and gives them a raise. They're very relieved and happy. Simonne wants to celebrate it at home and when even Franky comes, her day is complete. Rosa is tired that Waldek always understands her. She goes to him on his room and tells him he once stole her heart and then broke it in a million pieces. She wanted to start a new life with a new love and he prevented that. He starts kissing her. She can't resist no longer and kisses him back. Bram tells Franky he made a decision. He doesn't want to be a father. Not yet anyway. Then he goes to Paulien. She says she's also scared about what's happening, but if he wants more time to think things through, she will give him more time. Rafael needs to clear his head and thinks a job might help. He goes to the Noorderzon and asks Peggy for a job, but she has nothing to do for him. He goes away very disappointed. Julia gets a letter from Cois. He wants a divorce. Marianne asks Julia in the hallway if she still wants to keep quiet about her offer on the Noorderzon. Peggy hears this when she comes down the stairs. Jens now knows about Stijn and Katrien. He gives Stijn a choice. Or he will stop his relationship with her, or he will Tim everything. Mayra talks to Ann again about her marriage with Guy. She's going crazy with all the discussions with him. He just can't stand it that she is independent. Ann thinks Mayra might doesn't want to be in a relation with Guy anymore.
