They think Pincus is old and his methods are outdated. Mr. Pincus is upset that the hotel is losing money and wants the boys and their wives out of the hotel so he can sell the rooms. The Goldberg's suggests that he gives Pincus Palms in Florida to keep marital peace. He does and immediately begins planning a trip to Europe for the summer. Mrs. Pincus is set on going to Florida to help the boys get established. Of course, Molly intervenes and convinces Pincus to go for one year to Florida to protect his interest.
