Janine is still anxious to become assistant manager but Lance feels she has some way to go before matching Gary Patel - seen on CCTV attacking customers. Christopher's honesty makes him a hit with customers but when Croydon shop manager Paul and his funky employee Rochelle turn up to scoff Christopher's honesty - in exposing Rochelle when she claims that she is studying medicine - makes the hero of the Phone Shop.
