Joseph goes to London to retrieve a heart for Sean Tighe and Connie orders him to bring new registrar Greg along with him where he causes all manner of chaos. Elaine Dalton dies despite Connie's best efforts to resusitate her and her husband Kenny becomes hostile towards Connie and makes unhelpful comments to her other patients about her work.
