When Jeb looks for Joe's body in the water, it's missing. Elena tells the police that she was kidnapped over a key, unaware that Billy Joe has it and believes it will bring him a great fortune. Ashley and Justin have supper at the ranch, and Ashley wonders if Justin is doing it to change Kate's mind about the drilling. Max and Elena resolve their differences.
