Max expresses his frustrations over Tara keeping Buck's affair a secret, and lying about finding a real therapist. Marshall tries to break up with Courtney, but she is perfectly comfortable with his homosexuality and wants them to remain an asexual power couple. A tornado warning begins in the area and as the weather worsens, the Gregsons, Ted, Hany, and Charmaine take shelter in the basement of the house next door. Tara rapidly goes through a number of her alters, and Shoshana decides they should have a group counseling session. Shoshana also reveals Charmaine's secret about the baby's father being Neil.
