They find out that the manager has a relationship with both Adele and Carlotta and that the reason why he tricks them is to make sure they decide to sell the business. Then Caterina stops her daughters before signing the sale by the notary, saying her company is not selling. Facing Caterina's refusal, Pina presses on Malimberti insisting on the need to implement the so-called "Plan B". Eleonora is happy because she has finally found a husband and therefore a family for her daughter; Pablo and Enrichetto, however, at the inauguration of their local quarrels because of the little girl. Meanwhile, the boyfriend imposes on Eleonora a moralistic and puritanical label but the woman discovers randomly the erotic videos of her boyfriend and decides to leave it. Malimberti hopes in the sale after Pina's latest ultimatum: Caterina decides to sell because she thinks her family is no longer joined: but she thinks when thanks to Elsa finds that there is a more advantageous offer from another buyer.
