At the same time Lydia gets drunk and ends up on the front pages of tabloid rags, ...See moreWhilst Ali is at a launch party for designer and model Lydia, Marco tells her she needs to prepare a collection for submission for London Fashion Week. At the same time Lydia gets drunk and ends up on the front pages of tabloid rags, leading to her losing all her contracts. Davina puts out the word to stop Ali's dresses being made for Fashion Week, causing Marco to approach a sweat shop. Ali is appalled but Dorota, her Polish seamstress, saves the day by recruiting her friends to meet the deadline. Lydia wins back good publicity by hosting a charity auction, featuring one of Ali's creations. Despite efforts by Davina and her creepy friend, fashion journalist Mitchell Crompton to sabotage it, the auction is a huge success whilst Ali's dresses are accepted for Fashion week.
