Julia pleads an inability for her to appear in trial. The judge accepts and sends Victoria to a psychiatric institute to assess her mental state. Tori is devastated and chooses to entrust Chip to Cruz. But C.C. arranged with the judge and he orders that the child is sent to his grandparents. Julia accepts a call from Mason and asks him to come back urgently to Santa Barbara. But the jailers of Mason interrupt the call and hang his arms with hanging links on the ceiling. On the beach, Jake accepts the challenge of an arm wrestle with Ted. He finally lets him win. Keith asks Gina to sign a premarital contract even though he does not want to propose to her. Eden follows her way barely across the mountains of Utah, to the point of running in front of a car which stops.
