Pearl and Cruz are surprised that Alex comes on the beach, anxious of the fate of Eleanor. It proves to be that Eleanor is called in reality Elena and is the daughter of Alex and Pamela Capwell. C.C. is compelled by Alex to give a press conference to apologise of eight dead linked to the faulty vaccine in Arizona. But he refuses to admit his responsibility. Kelly gets the assistance of her doctor to escape the hospital without awakening Jeffrey's suspicion. He thinks in fact that she has been in the operating theatre for several hours. In the cabin, Eden continues walking with her crutches and once again pushes back the advances of Cain.
