On his departure, he finds a note in his pocket arranging to meet in the gazebo of the Capwell residence. Laken, who waits for him there to entice him, is nose to nose with Hayley who comes back home. Eleanor continues speaking by sleeping and is obliged to lie to divert Cruz's suspicion. She accepts the visit of Horace Slash, a private detective who says that he is paid by the sister of true Eleanor Norris. He found her photo in the newspaper and asks her for an explanation. Eleanor arranges to meet him later at the party on the harbour. She kills him, hides his body in a garbage can and burns the identity card. Victoria discovers that it is Paul Marshal who hides under the name borrowed used by the photographer used by Julia. She disembarks at him at the time when Paul gets ready to escape with Samantha. She switches off the light, succeeds in catching Paul's weapon and runs in his direction. Kelly discovers that the last pages of Elizabeth's newspaper are missing. She announces to Jeffrey the suspicion which she has towards him. Jeffrey tries unsuccessfully to try to defend himself, Kelly escapes with the van.
