She explains that she left the family address because she fears for her life having been followed by a Mexican customs officer whom she surprised as a pusher of drugs. Cruz promises to help her. Lionel uses the absence of Alex to hide in his laboratory a vial containing a vaccine. Alex accuses Gina, Keith, then Lionel of this issue. In spite of the risks, Caroline, still confined to bed, entrusts Lionel knowing that she has nothing more to lose. Keith announces to Gina that she has returned from her post of secretary. As she fell out with Alex who accuses her of having betraying him with Lionel, Gina fears not to meet any more at his flat and to meet on the street. She is going to plead with C.C. to help her, but he proves to be pitiless. Finally, Alex comes to give her a blank cheque to be excused for having lost his temper, then Keith comes to return the job to her against some benefits in kind. Gina weighs the for and against and accepts both offers. C.C. gives Jeffrey an ultimatum so that he tells Kelly the truth about his former spouse. But Jeffrey finds it difficult to be resolved there, especially since Kelly goes beyond enthusiasm by making him visit the home which she found for them. He goes to Mason's office and asks for his assistance. The evening arrives, C.C., is ready to tell Kelly everything, accepts a call from Jeffrey.
