Victoria tells him it is because she is pregnant. Julia informs Jake that a rape and an attempted rape took place the day before. Jake has no alibi: he had left to ride a horse alone, in the mountains. Cruz arrests him in the airport - when he tried to run away. Driven to Keith's office, Jake receives a fist to his face on behalf of Mason. Traces of cowboy boots were found at the scene of the attack, identical to those raised after Hayley's rape. Cruz questions the barman at Johnny's about the knife. He tells him he has seen Jake with the same knife. Kelly invites herself to Alex's laboratory as a voluntary helper for the day. Alex is upset that a Capwell participates in his experiments. Jeffrey gets Kelly to test alcohol. Kelly finishes up completely drunk in Jeffrey's arms. See less
