Brady can only confirm her iron-clad handcuffs alibi: she and Marlena are off the hook for this one, therefore less plausible as serial killer too. Shawn keeps an open mind despite Belle's ultimatum. Even Philip's attack on his dad's presumed murderer is repulsed. Victor's lawyer Gene Brisco arrives to name Brady and Philip as executors, hinting Nicole will be shoved aside. However, nobody has the new combination to the safe with the amended will, so they wait for a locksmith for the next day.
