However, after ...See moreBernie faces a masked intruder in his office, little knowing that he has been sent by Mr Blackman, a local crook who has discovered the cassette tape with Helen's story of the diamonds on it after Bernie's car was stolen. However, after his goon finds nothing, Blackman decides to keep them on watch and see where they go. As it is, the gang seem stumped as where to start until Bernie's young assistant, Oliver Ottenshaw, suggests checking the military records of where Helen's father was stationed. It leads them to question Charles Edgerton, a retired major in the army, but it seems someone is eager to stop him talking. See less
