In dimensions this great engine of war will measure five hundred and seventy-three feet over all, and her beam will be ninety-five feet two and five-eighth inches, with a net tonnage of twenty-seven thousand. She will draw twenty-eight feet six inches of water and move at a speed of twenty-one knots. An aerial view taken from the crane shows the vessel as it glides from the dry dock.
