His target is Griffin Distillers who he is convinced is deliberately marketing alcoholic beverage ...See moreAlisha and Ben are approached by Alan Thorpe, a Member of Parliament and chairman of a Parliamentary select committee on alcohol marketing. His target is Griffin Distillers who he is convinced is deliberately marketing alcoholic beverage to 11-15 year olds. They are reticent to work for a politician but are swayed by Thorpe's sincerity and his own admission that he was once an alcoholic. As they look into the case, they learn that a rehabilitation center for underage alcoholics is funded by Griffin and that they are using reports from the center to shape their ad campaigns. They also come across Chris Clayson whose work for Griffin is to run interference with anyone who might impede the sales of their products. When he realizes that his 13 year-old daughter is drinking, Clayson begins to have a change of heart which is good given that Ben and Alisha's misgivings about working for a politician were well-founded.
