Jac, still out to climb higher, tries to blame Diane for the misdiagnosis of a patient but Dan catches her out. Elliott tells Thandie that she is not doing her job properly and she accuses him of being racist towards her. Sutherland calls a board meeting but it doesn't go his way when Elliott calls for a vote of no confidence in him backed by Connie who lost a patient due to the shortages.
