Black is spotted at the United Nations Building where Colonel White is addressing the UN delegates in an emergency meeting about the Mysteron threat. Believing that Black intends to assassinate the Colonel during his speech, Scarlet and Blue race to the UN to stop him, but Black's real target is the Russian Army chief General Zamatev. Once under Mysteron control, Zamatev provides the firepower to launch an attack on Spectrum's Skybase headquarters, while Black himself pursues an even more devastating agenda! See less
