He's been having trouble getting supply lately and he comes under pressure - helped along by Eliot Ness and his men - to find liquor for sale or else. He forms an alliance with an arch-rival, Bugs Moran, to import half a million gallons of whiskey by train and they set up a clever deception to keep Federal agents off the scent.
