The heist bares the mark of cat burglar Roselyn, who attacks them but ends up murdered for the statue, which was bought by crooked diplomat Juan Escuevero. Nigel ends up kidnapped at blade-point to force Sydney to find it before the midnight ritual sacrifice of an ancient Pharaonic servants order, Lagerfeld stupidly stumbles inside their hidden temple.
