This is something of a wake-up call for Anji,who determines to be more sensible in future. She confides in Callum,who in turn tells her he is taking a sabbatical to see if he really wants to be a doctor. The nurses attend a meeting on money management,at which they are very poor,but assess priorities when comforting a woman whose mother died just before she was due to go on the holiday of a life-time.
